Lucent Health is a Third Party Administrator for Aetna, Cigna, Summit County Government, and First Health.
We will NOT be accepting the new Elevate Health Plan by the Denver Health Medical Plan through the Peak Health Alliance.
Please take note that HMOs have specific policies and rules. They don’t often offer out-of-network benefits, so it’s best to contact your insurance provider and inform them that our office is in-network before you receive services from us.
